By using this website or by using any other marketing materials (such as info sheets, guides, eBooks or emails) Toplogic makes available to you through our website, social media, via email or any other online channel (Online Services) you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out on this webpage. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using the Online Services.
GLOSSARY
Toplogic: the company of Toplogic Pty Ltd (ABN: 80 660 407 705) and its director(s), employee(s), contractor(s) and agent(s) authorised to act in such power.
You/I: the parent(s), or guardians of the child(ren), or the student(s) who use or attempt to use Toplogic service.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Enrolment
I acknowledge and agree that enrolment for Toplogic online/onsite course is not valid without payment.
I understand that payment is required in full in advance for Toplogic online/onsite course.
I understand that re-enrolment from one term to the next is not an automatic process. If students are not enrolled on time and miss the placement in their online/onsite course, Toplogic may not be able to accommodate them.
Refund
I acknowledge and agree that a refund will only be given within 14 days of enrolment. A full refund, less a $50 administration fee per student per course, will be given to the parent/carer who paid for and apply to cancel/withdraw the enrolment. However, Toplogic will
I acknowledge and agree that no refund will be given if an online/onsite course is missed for the student’s own reasons. However, Toplogic will make every attempt to offer a make-up session when it is possible.
Liability
I understand that my child(ren) is only supervised by Toplogic tutors during their online/onsite course sessions.
As a parent/guardian, I am required to supervise my child(ren) before and after the online/onsite course. In any case that I am not present, I remain responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of my child(ren) throughout, before and after class.
I acknowledge and agree to provide Toplogic with details of my child(ren)’s medical conditions and/or illnesses that require medical treatment. Toplogic is only able to provide non-medical assistance and I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of that medical condition and/or illness.
I acknowledge and agree that Toplogic Pty Ltd, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or other claim arising from or in any way connected to the attendance of my child(ren) at Toplogic Pty Ltd, including but without limitation to claims relating to personal injury, accidents, illnesses, and death.
I hereby release and permanently discharge Toplogic Pty Ltd from any and all liability, loss and damage (including direct, indirect and consequential) or any other claim in anyway associated with the attendance of my child(ren) at Toplogice Pty Ltd.
In case of accidental injury or incident, I authorise any necessary medical treatment and agree to cover any expenses that may incur.
Behaviour
Toplogic expects appropriate and positive behaviour form its students at all time. When these expectations are not met, I accept that Toplogic will discuss behaviour issues with the parent/guardian and will cooperate in such communication. If an appropriate behaviour continues and poses threat, harm or continued disruption to others, the student will be asked to leave the program with no refund.
I accept that Toplogic reserves the right to refuse admission to any person that presents a disciplinary problem to staff, or a threat to the safety and wellbeing of other students. Inappropriate verbal, physical, social or psychological behaviour will under no circumstances be tolerated and will result in the child being removed from Toplogic program with no refund.
Privacy
I acknowledge and agree that my personal information will be stored in accordance with the current privacy legislation.
I acknowledge and agree that photographs and video footage of my child(ren) taken during the class may be used for internal training and quality assurance purposes, and for promotional publications including, but not limited to the use on Toplogic Pty Ltd website and social media pages, newspaper, brochures, radio and/or television.
I accept that it is my responsibility to contact Toplogic if I do not permit photographs or video footage of my child(ren) to be used for the above purposes.

I am aware that these terms and conditions may be varied from time to time.
