How we work/what we offer

  • Teachers will adjust the speed and difficulty of teaching according to the performance of the students in the class, and will give exercises and homework of different difficulties to students of different levels.
  • Teachers will send notes and an electronic version of the current week's homework before class every week. They will use the 10-15 minutes of the lesson to explain any particularly difficult or challenging questions in the student's homework. In the main body of the lesson, the teacher will first cover the basic theoretical concepts for the lesson, then try to help students to develop a deeper and more complex understanding of the topic,  while assisting the students in attempting and analysing select sample questions during the class. The weekly completed homework will be scanned and submitted to us by logging into on our website, click on "My Account", then click on student profile, choose the class for which you want to upload your homework, and then click on the button displaying "Submit work". You can also get your marked homework back from here when your teacher has finished marking and can upload it back to you.
  • Our accelerated science courses (Physics / Chemistry) are one term ahead of the school pace. We will begin teaching Module 1-2 of the preliminary course in the 4th term of year 10, or in the January intensive course for students who may have missed the accelerated term but wish to catch up to the accelerated pace.
