FAQ

1. How to make the payment?
Pleae direct deposit to BSB: 062300, Account number: 10592541, Account name: Toplogic Pty Ltd. Please enter the invoice# as the Reference/Description.

2. How can I obtain the Zoom link and course materials if I join the online class?

If you are enrolled in the online lesson, you can sign in with your student ID and password, which were sent to you by email when you enrolled in the class. After signing in, click on 'My Account' at the top right corner. Then, click on 'Student Profile,' choose the desired class, and you will find the Zoom link to join the session and download your weekly course materials.

3. How can I submit my completed homework if I join in the online class?
Completed weekly homework should be scanned and submitted as a single PDF file through our system (using the recommended free apps 'CamScanner' or 'Adobe Scan'). To do this, click on 'My Account,' then 'Student Profile,' select the relevant class, and click the 'Submit Work' button. You can retrieve your marked homework from here once your teacher has finished marking and uploaded it. The process for downloading and submitting exams follows the same procedure as homework.

4. How can I obtain the course materials and hand in my completed homework if I join the face-to-face class?
For students attending face-to-face classes, we will print materials and distribute them through the teachers. The teacher will collect last week's homework before the next class and return the marked homework to the students.

5. How can I book makeup lessons?
If you are unable to attend a class due to other commitments or illness, please contact us via phone or email. If available slots exist in other parallel classes, we can arrange a makeup lesson there. If no parallel classes are available, we will provide you with video recordings and electronic course materials to catch up on the missed lesson.

6. How to view Lesson Recordings?
If you miss a class or need to review the lesson, log in to our system using your student ID and password. Click on 'My Account' -> 'Student Profile,' choose your class, and you will find a red 'Play' button for the relevant class's video recordings. The course recording links will remain available for four weeks.

7. How do I join the Toplogic HSC Coaching Discord Server?
We encourage all of our students to join our Discord server. This platform allows you to interact with fellow students and easily reach out to our teachers whenever you face challenges in understanding class materials or have questions related to your homework. Your subject teachers will be available to provide responses and assist you in overcoming any academic challenges. You can ask your teacher or Toplogic Admin for the server link. Additionally, we encourage you to follow us on Toplogic's Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for updates, information, and announcements.

8. How can I book a free tutorial session?
Toplogic offers free tutorial sessions from week 2 to week 9, every two weeks for students in Year 7 to Year 10 (Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8) and once a week for Year 11 and Year 12 students, with each
session lasting for 1 hour. Please note that the tutorial sessions may not necessarily be conducted by your regular course teacher.

To participate, booking in advance is mandatory. If there are no bookings for a tutorial session for a specific subject by 9 PM the night before, the session for that subject will be automatically canceled for that week. For instance, if the tutorial session for Year 8 Science is scheduled for Wednesday, the booking deadline will be 9 PM on Tuesday. If you miss a tutorial session, you can seek assistance from our teachers on the Toplogic HSC Coaching Discord server. The scheduled times for the online tutorial sessions will be released to you before week 2 begins.


Here's how you can make the booking:Log in to our website www.toplogic.com.au using your student ID and password.Click on "My Account" in the upper right corner.Select "Student Profile" from the menu.Choose the class for which you wish to book a tutorial session.Click "Book" for your desired session. Click 'View' to access the Zoom ID and password information before the tutorial session starts.If you need to cancel, simply click "Unbook."
