The significance of literature in our everyday culture is often overlooked in classrooms, but it is an appreciation of English which fosters genuine enthusiasm and effort in our writing. What are the qualities of a top-band essay? What makes a story moving? Why do we study these texts? I will personally guide students to develop their creative and critical thinking skills in an engaging environment so they understand the syllabus, content and literature, in and out of the classroom.
