“Learning is hard, and thus valuable. Memorising is easy, but it depreciates quickly. I aim to build a ground-up understanding of concepts and ensure that students have a generative and critical approach to learning new concepts and tackling new questions. I want to change the way my students think and build striking confidence as they realise that they too, can leverage their thought processes in a superior manner. I hope that students can build actual links between concepts and contextualise their learning and how it can be examined, instead of ‘remembering’ or ‘memorising’ how to answer questions. I will ensure a long-term and genuine, applicable understanding of content.”
