  • Operations on algebraic terms and fractions, expanding and factorising linear expressions, applying index laws and applying algebra to problems
  • Solving equations with formulae, harder linear equations, very simple quadratic equations, applications
  • Solving inequalities (no quadratic inequalities)

Extension (Number Theory + Combinatorics/Game theory)

  • Counting with perms and combs (more basic)
  • Winning and losing positions
  • Mirroring and strategy stealing
